<醃料>
- 醬油-2茶匙
- 赤藻糖醇-1茶匙
- 麻油 – 2茶匙
- 白胡椒粉 – 少許
- 水-1湯匙

<製作步驟>
- 冬菇預先浸發兩至三小時,擠乾水份切片備用;
- 牛肉切片加入醃料與冬菇拌勻,同醃半小時備用;

3. 將海帶麵放入500 毫升溫水,加入兩茶匙梳打粉 攪勻浸泡15分鐘,沖水兩次洗淨梳打粉,瀝乾水分備用;
4. 甘筍、洋蔥、甜椒洗淨切絲,菠菜洗淨瀝乾水份備用;

5. 白鑊小火炒香芝麻備用;

6. 雞蛋打發,放入平底鑊煎熟 中,切絲備用;

7. 調味料預先拌勻備用;
8. 熱鑊放油,以中小火爆香蒜蓉,加入牛肉及冬菇炒香, 盛起備用;

9. 甘筍、洋蔥、甜椒以中火炒至軟身;

10. 加入海帶麵 ,調味料及菠菜炒勻;
